Eureka InnovatieLab (i-Lab) is a testing ground for new initiatives on healthy eating and healthy living. The i-Lab established itself as the engine for innovation within Fhealinc, the collaboration in 's-Hertogenbosch which focuses on nutrition and health.
Stimulus for innovation
Eureka projects from i-Lab will be further supported within Fhealinc. This may include support in the form of evidence based research, product development, business development, grant applications, etc.
In this way the i-Lab is a catalyst for innovation within Fhealinc. At the same time i-Lab is also a test-bed for new ideas from existing projects in Fhealinc.

Healthy life as the central aspect
What new solutions, new ideas and new products contribute to people's health? Eureka i-Lab is always looking for new solutions that help prevent disease, reduce symptoms and contribute to the recovery of people. Wellbeing and quality of life of the individual is the central aspect. i-Lab is looking for ways to make everyday life better, with a focus on nutrition and health. Respecting nature and an eye for sustainability are central in this.
Open Living lab environment
Eureka i-Lab serves as an Open Living lab environment, where Fhealinc partners as well as companies and organizations may contribute ideas, test them and - in case of sufficient (market) potential - develop them into product concepts. The i-Lab supports this process and works with a variety of proven methods to achieve quick results. The combined knowledge and expertise of the cooperating partners is the basis for discovering new developments and helping to realize them. In projects, experimentation is encouraged and boundaries are there to be explored. i-Lab aims for collaboration at the earliest possible stage, working together with businesses to boost new developments together. Ultimately, a new solution or a new product is only successful if it is on the market today.
